You are wondering how to proceed with a return shipment exactly?

Should the case arise that you wish to return a product, please follow our short instructions:
- pack the item in a securely closed box. Please also enclose the delivery note or an invoice with your return and note the reason for the return. We may be able to improve the product or our service for you and other customers in the future.
- stick the pre-franked shipping label (return label) on the box or in case of an international return label your package with the following return address:

- hand over your return to the shipping company listed on the shipping label.
For returns from Germany, we usually provide our customers with a free return label. We will bear the costs of returning the goods from Germany if you send us an item with a sales price of more than 40 EUR. Otherwise, you bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
Shipping costs for international returns are always paid by the customer and not refundable.
As a private person, you can return the articles you bought to us within 31 days of receiving your order. Please note that returned goods must be in an unused condition. Furthermore, the goods must be in the original linen bag and the original labels must be attached to the article.
