Delivery Information

1. Delivery times

Your order will be shipped via the shipping service provider DHL. The shipping within Germany via DHL takes 1-2 working days according to experience. International shipping times depend on the country of destination.

2. Delivery time information

The exact delivery time for your items will be displayed in the shopping cart when you place an online order. In addition, we will confirm the delivery time in the order confirmation.

3. Delays

You will be informed by us by email if some articles are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed.

4. Logistics partner

The ordered articles are packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays by our logistics partner.

5. Insurance

We ship with DHL. This also insures international shipments with a liability of up to 500€.

6. Collection

It is unfortunately not possible to collect the goods yourself.

7. Right of Revocation

The period allowed for revocation is 31 days, commencing on that day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes or has taken possession of the last of the goods.

Germany: free of charge

European Economic Area*: Delivery region 1: 5,00€; Delivery region 2: 9,00€; Free (Spend over 100,00€)

* Delivery region 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (excl. non-European regions), Austria, Switzerland

* Delivery region 2: Bulgaria, Denmark (excl. Faeroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excl. Åland Islands), France (excl. French overseas departments and territories), Greece (excl. Mount Athos), Iceland, Ireland, Italy (excl. Livigno and Campione), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Croatia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excl. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (excl. Northern Cyprus)

Great Britain**: 9,00€

**Deliveries to non-European or non-EU countries may cause additional expenses such as costs of customs clearance, customs service charges or import sales tax. The amount of expenses is determined by the delivering country. Please enquire the additional expenses involved at the local customs office.  These charges must be born by you.
