If an invoice has not yet been issued for your order, we can make changes. Please contact us at short notice by phone or submit a written request via our contact form (>>).
If you have already received an invoice from us and/or initiated payment, you would need to place a new order. You can cancel your old order by using our contact form (>>). You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from our customer service by e-mail. The refund will then be made within 3-5 business days using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
If the order has already been sent to our shipping partner, a change is no longer possible. The subsequent change of the delivery address at DHL is unfortunately not possible for data protection reasons. In this case, DHL will return the package to us. We will be happy to resend the package to your correct delivery address after it arrives. Please inform us about this via our contact form (>>).
