Then we ask you to contact our customer service via our contact form (>>). Please upload your signed recipient declaration and your invoice there.
After submitting your request, you will receive a response from our customer service within 24 hours on weekdays. We will then contact the shipping service provider. The process and a response from our shipping service provider can take up to 5 business days. We would therefore like to ask you for a little patience.
