Please check first whether we have received your order. You will receive an order confirmation with your order or order number within one hour after completion of your order by e-mail from us. If we have received your order, you can easily and conveniently make your payment via PayPal or bank transfer. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, we would like to ask you to contact our costumer service via our contact form (>>). You may have to place a new order.

- Prepayment by bank transfer:
You will find our bank details and your total amount to be paid in your order confirmation. You can settle this conveniently by bank transfer.
- Payment by PayPal:
We are also happy to accept your payment via PayPal. Use the function "Send money" in your PayPal account. (Link: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transfer/). Please send the open amount to the following PayPal account: email@example.com.
You prefer to pay via another payment method (e.g. credit card)? Please place a new order and select your preferred payment method in the checkout. We will then be happy to cancel your original order. To do so, please submit your cancellation request via our contact form (>>).
Please note your order or invoice number in the reason for payment, so that we can quickly allocate your payment.
