You received a tracking number for your package when it was handed over to the shipping service provider. Using your tracking number, you can track the shipment status of your return on the website of the selected shipping service provider. Please note that experience shows that the shipment status is updated with a considerable delay.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been processed by our team. Depending on the volume of returns, we process them within one to five working days after delivery by the shipping service provider. After successful verification, we will immediately arrange a refund or exchange order (if agreed with you). A refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place your order.
If you have chosen an exchange of the item, you will receive a new shipping confirmation as soon as we have handed over the shipment to our shipping service provider.
