You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been processed by our team. Depending on the volume of returns, we process them within one to five working days after delivery by the parcel service provider. After successful verification, we will immediately arrange a refund or an exchange order (if agreed with you). A refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used to place your order.
If you requested an exchange of the item, you will receive a new shipping confirmation as soon as we have handed over the shipment to our shipping service provider.
